The article is devoted to vibroinsulation of the valve seat for drill pump. It is offered to establish the elastic element between valve seat and pump casing. Calculations showed that the use of an elastic element will lead to multiple (dozens of times) reduction impact efforts transmitted to the pump casing. It is established that Young's modulus and height of elastic element are basically act on the module of the efforts transferred to the case of the pump and their frequencies during landing plate on the valve seat. Thus decreasing of frequency of the efforts passed on the body of the drill pump during plate’s landing does not lead to the resonant phenomena in the pump.

The results of the development of energy-efficient means and methods for suppressing activity of bacteria in the process liquids at the oil production. As a means to control planktonic sulfate-reducing bacteria species was developed a device for a magneto hydrodynamic treatment the produced water. Device provide simultaneous effect on bacterial cells by the centrifugal force and electric currents induced in magnetic field. There have been laboratory and field tests, which showed complete inhibition of activity of planktonic cells of anaerobic bacteria. The methods of calculation and design of device were developed. To suppress the activity adhered forms of sulfate-reducing bacteria has developed a system of magneto hydrodynamic treatment of produced water with simultaneous dosing of calcium ions, which leads to the binding of sulfate ions in the soluble ions of calcium sulfate. This leads to a decrease in the concentration of sulfate ions below 0.05 per cent by weight. And, consequently, to suppress the activity of bacteria adhered. The methods of calculation and design of biocide devices, conducted laboratory and field tests showed a reduction in the number of corrosive lesions of bio corrosion ten times..

A new method for increasing the efficiency of oil production chemicals - corrosion inhibitors and demulsifying agents based on the use of reagents with the input node of the magneto hydrodynamic treatment. With this input to the layer of reagent dispensed is an influence of moving flow of ions hydronium, which reacts with the reagent molecules and change their adsorption and surface-active properties. Using this method allows to increase the effectiveness of corrosion inhibitors up to 17 per cent, and demulsifying agents to 20 per cent. Applications of this reagent dosing method reduce the number of agents by 15-20 per cent and thereby reduce the cost of mining and preparation of oil and water emulsions.

Questions magnetic coagulation of mechanical impurities in the fluid flow and filtration remove them are discussed in this article. On efficiency of particle coagulation, the effect of fluid flow regime, the size of the permanent magnets of the fluid, solids was determined. Laboratory studies of the influence of a binder (eg, oil in water) on the formation of sinter from waste water using devices, magnetic treatment of fluid and filters for coarse and fine purification are presented in this paper.

The development of the productive layers with low permeability porous media collector poses problems for its clean-up of oil and mechanical impurities no more than 15-20 mg/dm3. The article ñîvers the method of cleaning produced water Pavlovskoe field to the above parameters in the pilot adsorber with adsorbent fibrillation.

Growth in production of formation water during prolonged operation of oil fields, the task of more complete extraction of oil from the low permeable horizons, and in many cases, low-porosity strata reception making demands of effective integrated water treatment technology for each individual object. The main criteria for choosing the technology of preparation of produced water is the ability to intensify the process of removing contaminants from produced water, reducing the metal consumption for equipment and costs of treatment. The article covers vibro-acoustic method of formation water treatment showing most favorable production conditions.

Method for separating liquid or a gas three components mixture by adsorption using principle of columns with fully and partially coupled flows.
In one case, the intermediate section of the adsorption layer of the moving section of the adsorbent and in the intermediate section of the chromatographic section of the upward flow of liquid or gas can be separated into two streams, forming two zones of the countercurrent contacting. Another method used the principle of countercurrent mass-transfer apparatus with partially coupled flows. In this case, the intermediate fraction obtained in a separate chromatographic section. Such design of adsorbers allowed to increase the number of stages contact adsorbent with components of separable mixtures without increasing the size of adsorption column therefore improve the sharpness of separation of the mixture.

The article is devoted to the theoretical research of whirl movement. The formula for calculation the field of velocities on a whirlwing with the account of divergence is received. Based on these results, we construct the streamlines in the mixing apparatus of the START-200. Describes the basic steps of constructing a numerical model using the software package FlowVision. The resulting computational experiment streamlines coincide well with theoretical predictions.

The motion of gas-liquid emulsion in a mixing device, the prototype of the horizontal direct-flow absorber. The device is covered by hydrodynamic oily-field waste treatment using swirling flows for oil measures flooding.
The device contains hydraulic cyclone, cylindrical chambers at upper and lower hydraulic cyclone discharges outlets, setting chamber with partitions, which divides him into operating and buffering sections. The upper part of operating section includes switch gears for water discharges from upper and lower hydraulic cyclones, nipples for trated oil drainage. The device have coalescing hydrodynamic coarse-grained water-repellent filter, which are situated between partitions.
High treatment effect is achieved due to using swirling flow energy in hydraulic cyclone and its discharges, and also due to hydrodynamic oily waste processing in the attachment.

MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF TEMPERATURE ANOMALY AT CO-ADSORPTION OF BINARY MIXTURE AND NEW TYPE OF ADSORBERS - SECTIONED APPARATUS

The mathematical model of co-adsorption binary mixture at different relative sorbing of its components and temperatures of sorption process is considered. The activity of adsorbent by first (extractable) component is anomaly increased and have mountain-range characteristic at relative sorption more then two ones and temperatures 295-350 K. It is shown that successive sectioning adsorbers with motionless adsorbing layers and parallel sectioning adsorbers with moving layers of adsorbent allow increasing in the first case the dynamic activity of adsorbent and in the second case - degree of purification of final products.
