The new technique of the logical-mathematical expert analysis of reliability of oil-and-gas objects, with application of modern information technologies of the anticipatory control by technological processes (multivariable predictive control - MPC) is developed. Mathematical models, an algorithmic complex and the software of system of monitoring allow on the basis of the aprioristic information on technological modes and a technical condition to receive operative quantitative estimations of parameters of functional reliability in a mode on-line, to predict development of reliability and to raise efficiency of acceptance of administrative decisions on necessity of techno-preventive maintenance.

In order to determine system's "weak point" able to destruct or to provoke plants failures and system decapsulation, danger criteria as well as methods of detection were considered here, according to which all the objects, such as plants and pipelines, could be ranked.

Analysis of the digital library creation process was performed.
Technology was developed, and a technical system was organized. Problem with personal was also solved. Economical analyses have been performed too. The developed software package features full-text search function. Now, the library contains 5 thousands books (1,5 mln. pgs).
