The article is devoted to the investigation of the problem of synthesis of the new class of modular processors, based on neuronet technologies, for perspective Automatic Process Control System controllers in oil-gas complex. Suggested structure is intended for high speed digital signal processing with fail-safe feature. As a computational framework for the implementation of arithmetic operations using the mathematical device of the modular system of deductions is proved. Usage of combination of modular framework residue system and the organization of neural processing elements allows to insure parallelization at the level of implementation of logical operations and thus greatly increase the speed performance of computational structures.

This report considers necessity of application of geographic information systems as a technology of spatial and attribute information integration for organization of collection, accumulation and analysis of information on pollution in the Republic of Bashkortostan by oil and oil products via example of developing an automated system for keeping register of territories polluted with oil products for the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of RB. As a result of implementation of this system there are following options: display of reference and attributive information on pollution to map of RB, search for pollution, add new pollution to map of RB, analyze of spatial locations of objects on the map. Integration of heterogeneous spatial data of existing ministry's information systems into a single database and the subsequent development the integrated information system of Ministry of Environment of RB is shown.

Authors have developed methods of the mathematical processing wattmeter cards for diagnostics of sucker rod pump units. The analysis wattmeter cards allow to control the condition of the overland equipping the pumping unit. By means of wattmeter cards can be calculated balance and efficiency pumping unit. The analysis of the spectrum wattmeter card allows defining vibratory and striking loads that enables to diagnose the defects reduction gear and bearing.

In this work a system of on-line diagnostics of automated technological complex of a tubular furnace based on a system of production rules, derived from the heuristic knowledge of experts on the causes of unbalance and disturbance of acceptable limits of change of values of diagnostic indicators, and analysis of operating modes of the object. Diagnostic system is implemented in a software simulator, which continuously collects data from a real object and decides on the refusal of an item based on production rules, which allows for constant monitoring of the elements of the automated technological complex of the tubular furnace in real time.

The diagnostic model is generated in the form of the two-level frame-production structure for monitoring the technological process of coming out of the well oil preparation for the further transport. The abnormal situations detection is made by controlling the statistics Q and T2 in the principal component space that has allowed to lower the dimension of the problem. Root frames of the model top level facilitate localization of faults; the daughter frames containing production rules, are used to define the reasons which have caused the abnormal process situation.

There are some uninterruptible technological manufacturing processes which demand continuous power supply and it's interruption even of a few milliseconds can cause extensive economical losses. Published article is devoted to questions of definition of border of steady work of electrotechnical complexes with synchronous and asynchronous motors. The generalized mathematical model was developed for determining conditions of uninterruptible and stability of technological manufacturing process with electric power consumers, which allows to define the depth and duration of voltage dips and level of it's reconstruction. As a result of modelling the dependences have been revealed, allowing to define maximum permissible depth of voltage dips in power supply systems, and voltage on the exit of uninterrupted power supply sources at which dynamic stability of technological process is provided by the example of the installations with synchronous and asynchronous motors.

In the article there is the information about growth of unauthorized works on trunk pipelines and about corresponding economic losses as the result of the works. The structure of interconnecting security system for mentioned objects is offered. The interconnecting security system includes optical, vibroacousticand seismic data acquisition channels and provides decision making algorithm for these channels analysis. An approach to estimate basic parameters of the system is justified. The approach is based on minimization of amount of expenditures for security object and minimization of losses from not prevented unauthorized works on trunk pipelines.

The expedience of obtaining data about multiphase flow regime of the production well and separate phases flow rate has been substantiated. The combination of hydrostatical and cross-correlation methods for in-line flow phase composition determinations has been proposed. Production well flow regime identification is realized by artificial neural network processing of acoustical and differential pressure pulsation signals symbolization.
The data about differential pressure in a flow profiles in two points (on the fixed spacing interval one from other) in pipeline has been used for liquid hold-up measurement. Àn improved impedance method is used for watercut determination. The hell of the betterment is made up of the special structure flowcell development. The flowcell design is provided increased device sensibility in consequence of in-line separation towards high gas void fraction multiphase flows.
Separate phases flow velocities has been determined in consequence of acoustical signals wavelet and cross-correlation processing. It has been realized by means of the designed data processing algorithms for discrete wavelet transformation and decomposition of informative signal by digital signal processors.
The offered method has been investigated and tested on the designed laboratory multiphase flows simulation facility and field test facility. Device design has been developed for an on-line production well control and extraction hydrocarbon wells optimization in the field environment.
